辦公桌測試機用來（lái）測試辦公座椅之支撐五（wǔ）爪的抗（kàng）壓強度，通過對五爪垂直（zhí）的（de）壓力測試五爪的受（shòu）壓情況。將椅子腳輪固定於轉（zhuǎn）盤上，以規定的時間和次數施加力量於五爪上（shàng），檢查五爪的抗損壞能力。

本辦（bàn）公桌測試機盡量不（bú）要在（zài）下列場合下（xià）使用：

1 、在振動、搖擺的場合。

2、日光直（zhí）射的地方。

3、高溫、多塵（chén）、潮濕的地方。

4、供（gòng）給本機的交流電應接地良好，確保使用安全。

5、嚴禁使用強溶劑（如：苯、硝基類油）清洗機彀。

6、機內不得注入水和雜物，以防（fáng）電氣組件損壞和觸電。

7、儀器顯示器內的拆裝及調試隻能由國家計量部核準的單位和本公司負責，其它人不（bú）得擅自（zì）拆修（xiū）。

1、  垂（chuí）直負載下的穩定性試驗：
Stability test of the vertical load
把試件（jiàn）放在試（shì）驗基麵上。在其zui不穩定（dìng）桌邊中心離邊沿向內50mm桌麵處（chù）通過載入墊垂直向下（xià）逐漸（jiàn）加力到規定的力（lì）值或者至少試件至少有一個桌腳離地為止。

2.垂直（zhí）和水平（píng）載入穩定性試驗：
Vertical and horizontal load stability test
把（bǎ）試件放在試驗基（jī）麵上。用擋塊擋住（zhù）試件（jiàn）zui不穩（wěn）定邊的桌腳（jiǎo）。防止試件在試驗中移動。在該邊中心（xīn）離（lí）邊沿向內50mm桌麵處通過載入墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個水平力。逐漸增加該力到規定值或者至（zhì）少有一個桌腳離地為止。
Put the specimen on the test-based surface. With the block blocking the most unstable side of the specimen legs to prevent the test specimen to move. The edge center from the edge inward 50mm desktop department ，exert downward vertical 100N force by loading pad. While exert a level force on the center desk of the edge, increase gradually to a specified value or one leg near to the floor at least.
3.垂直靜載荷試驗：
Vertical static load test
在桌麵易於發生破壞的位置，按規定的力通（tōng）過載入墊，垂直向下重複施加10次。每次至少應（yīng）保持10秒。
On the most easy damaged position of the desk surface , to impose the specified force by loading pad, vertical put down repeated 10 times. Keep 10 seconds at least.
